Opulent Glow Studio – Cancellation Policy I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. However, as a small business, last-minute cancellations can be challenging. To ensure a smooth booking experience for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies: 🕒 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: •Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged 30% of the service price. This fee helps cover the time reserved for your appointment and ensures fairness to other clients. 🚫 No-Show Policy: •No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price and may be required to prepay for future appointments. 🔁 Rescheduling: •You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. 🤍 Grace and Understanding: •I understand that emergencies happen.
